The clients of this project identified the original bungalow had a small footprint on a relatively large plot and had the potential to be replaced with a pair of semi-detached bungalows. The proposals had no issue gaining planning permission and the work on site commenced very quickly after creating an attractive pair of homes taken a modern approach on the traditional bungalow designs in the local area.
