Mansfield Road, Poole
The client bought a disused shop and associated warehouse in Poole with the intension of turning the space into a number of private residential units. The shop at the front was turned into two flats, while the warehouse to the rear was converted into three maisonettes. The work to the exterior of the building was kept to a minimum to ensure the building remained in keeping with the local area, while the interior layouts made the most of the original arched openings to create interesting living spaces.
