Ashley Drive South, St Ives
This is one of the larger refurbishments we have been involved with, taking the existing 1970’s bungalow and installing a new steel gable ended structure through the middle to create an impressive entrance with gallery landing to the front and a large vaulted kitchen and family room to the rear. As many of the existing ground floor walls were kept in place to avoid unnecessary demolition and additional costs, whilst the new roof structure provided the flexibility to create the first floor accommodation to suit the client’s requirements.
